$500.00 MERCI Notes This a feature request for a sub-module to MERCI that would allow users to notate users issues, comments, maintenance information and other miscellaneous related information.
$250.00 Graphs Usage vs. Content, Usage vs. Budget. Content breakdown based on timeslot, locally produce, etc
$3,000.00 User Point Budgeting Use points or dollars. Admin add project budget amount. Calculate and store MERCI reservation value. Change role to suspend MERCI when project budget is over.

Considerations. Are project given a budget by default? If so, there is no way to stop users from creating a new project?  How do we redefine a project budget. give users a bigger budget (based on show duration, show numbers or something else). If  content isn't locally produced do he still get credit.

$1000.00 Encoding Logic for 16:9 This feature would be a computed field from FFMPEG or a checkbox on the user form. JQuery will need to be modified to find 16:9 videos.
$75.00 Adult Only Remove from carousel. Page before video confirming age.

$2,000.00 Rules/Role Override

The MERCI submodule will give sites the ability to override the default rules applied to a content type for a specific role. An example usage would be students in a freshman photography class might be restricted to 3 hour Reservations and not allowed to keep equipment overnight. Senior photography majors could be put in a role overriding the defaults, allowing them to make Reservations for 3 days.

Code created for this submodule will be added to MERCI.
